this time we have moved office on four separate
occasions as we have grown from 3 to over 30 staff.
During each
move we have learned a great deal about dealing with
Telecommunications companies and we cannot place enough
emphasis on the planning involved in ensuring that your
business is operational once you move into your new
offices.
A couple of
tips from our office manager include. If you are
told that it will take 4 weeks for installation try to
allow up to 8 weeks to ensure all problems are 'ironed
out'. Stay in constant contact with you provider
and make at least weekly calls to ensure that your order
is 'live' and on time. On the installation day
ensure that you know exactly what you have ordered and
make sure that this is what you receive.
